  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – where applicable

For COD orders, additional service charges may apply.

5. Order acceptance & Cancellation :

An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from Blue Salmons.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Error in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraud

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Abuse of return or exchange policies

If we cancel an order, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

You may request cancellation only before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order will follow our Return & Exchange policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery : 

Shipping timelines provided during checkout are estimates.
Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

Blue Salmons is not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your shipment.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

7. Returns, Exchange & Refunds :

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Exchange Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that policy in full.

  • Return/Exchange request must be raised within 15 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

  • One exchange per item is allowed

  • COD charges are non-refundable
